|
| 1. | Why doesn't everyone bid 1¢? |
| | Lots of people do! So, 1¢ is very rarely - if ever - a unique bid. The winning bid needs to be BOTH low AND unique - meaning only one person can bid that amount. See the graphic on the How It Works page for more information. |

|
| 2. | What does it mean to be the \"lowest unique bidder\"? |
| | The lowest unique bidder (or the LUB) is the person who - at the end of the SilverTag Auction - has submitted the lowest bid amount that no other person has bid. See the graphic on the How It Works page for more information. Place the Lowest bid that no other member places and you win! |

|
| 3. | What if my bid is unique, but later someone bids the same amount as me? |
| | Your bid is then duplicated and is not unique and you will need to bid again. In the Members Section you can view all of your bids in the Bid History and see if any of them have been duplicated. |

| 6. | I am having trouble signing up. What can I do? |
| | Usually the main reason someone has this issue is because the Security Setting in your browser will not allow for Javascripts to run. Please make sure the Internet Security Setting of your Browser is set to Medium and not Medium High or High. To check this setting click on: Tools, then Internet Options, then Security and change your Security Level to Medium. Another way to fix this is to list Silvertag as a Trusted Site. To do this Click on:
Tools, Then Internet Options, Then Click \"Trusted Sites\", Click on the Site Button, Uncheck the https requirement and add http://www.silvertag.net and http://www.silvertag.com to the sites you trust. After you have completed these changes, you should have no trouble. If you need any assistance, please send an email to support@silvertag.com

After each bid, the system will immediately let you know how you did and if your bid is duplicated or not the lowest, you can bid again immediately. | 11. | How much should I bid? |
| | That is up to you! Just remember, you\'re trying to bid the lowest amount you think no one else will bid. After each bid, the system will immediately let you know how you did and if your bid is duplicated or not the lowest, you can bid again immediately. Remember, you have at least 20 to 100 bids per day to use on any auction you choose! Also, be sure and check out the How It Works page for a complete understanding of how the auctions work. Just remember, at the end of the auction the Member who bid the lowest amount that no other Member bid, wins. |

|
| 12. | Can I get a Hint as to where I should be bidding? |
| | Yes, it is actually automatic. Place a bid that is too far away from the current Lowest Unique Bid and the auction system will let you know the general area where you should be bidding. That way you do not waste any of your bids. |

|
| 13. | How Does The Instant Winner System work? |
| | Every auction on Silvertag has between 5 and 20 pre-designated bids that are chosen as \"Instant Winner Bids!\" You simply place your bids every day and if one of your bids matches one of the Instant Winning Bids, you win! Instant Winners will win things like 20 Free Additional Bids for the day, Free Gift Cards, iPods, Playstation Portables and more! Place your bids every day and you could win every day because ANY BID COULD BE AN INSTANT WINNER! You don\'t even have to pay the bid amount for the item or the shipping! |

| 14. | How many bids can I place? |
| | Each SilverTag Member has a minimum of 20 bids they can place each day. Use the Tell 3 Friends page to double your bids to 40 a day for free or upgrade to VIP Membership for just $9.97 a month and get an awesome 100 bids every day! |

|
| 15. | How many unique bids can I have at one time? |
| | You can have as many unique bids as you can find. The key, however, is to find and retain the lowest, unique bid. If you have a unique bid, but it is not the lowest, the bid still remains active and can still win until it is either duplicated or the auction ends. For example. You bid $3.00 which is uinique but there is 1 other unique bid that is lower than yours. If the unique bid that is lower than your is duplicated, then your bid will become the lowest Unique bid. The Lowest Unique Bid at the end of the Auction wins! |

|
| 16. | What happens to my bids if I do not use them all in a day? Do they roll over to the next day? |
| | The bids do not roll over to the next day. This is done to prevent possible manipulation of an auction by a member who could save up all their bids for a month and then use them all in the last day of an auction. By having the unused bids expire each day, the auctions are always fair. |

| 19. | How Can SilverTag Afford To Do This? What's The Catch? |
| | There is no catch, SilverTag is a membership Auction site that uses some of the funds paid by members each month to purchase and make available for auction items that are in great demand at unbelievably low prices. Things like a 42" Plasma TV that was sold for only $5.57, an iPod Nano that sold for 40 Cents and Gift Cards for less than 5% of their face value! As a Membership site SilverTag uses it's huge buying power to get the maximum lowest price on every item, which makes the items SilverTag offers even more valuable! To see more amazing deals, check out the Winners Page where you can not only read but also listen to audio testimonials from real people just like you who have already won at Silvertag.com! |
